POLÍTICA LABORAL Y PARTICIPACIÓN DE LA MUJER EN EL SERVI CUPET «EL TRÉBOL»: UN ESTUDIO DE CASO Abstract: La presente investigación Política laboral y participación de la mujer en el SERVI CUPET «El Trébol»: un estudio de caso pretende dar solución a la interrogante ¿Cómo se ha modificado la política laboral de la empresa CIMEX en el SERVI-CUPET El Trébol de Cienfuegos en los últimos 5 años potenciando la participación de la mujer? La respuesta se encuentra en el análisis de las modificaciones que han ocurrido en esta empresa y que potencian la participación de la mujer. En este estudio se utilizó el Estudio de caso como proceder metodológico que permite evidenciar las peculiaridades que ocurren en el Servi- Cupet El Trébol. La novedad e importancia de esta investigación se encuentra en las formas en que se asume la participación por parte de las mujeres a partir de las transformaciones de la política laboral en el Servi- Cupet, El Trébol de la Empresa CIMEX de Cienfuegos en los últimos 5 años
