Abstract

El artículo aborda el tema de la resolución de problemas empresariales desde una perspectiva gestáltica. Teniendo en cuenta los elementos comunes que agrupan a varias metodologías utilizadas para resolver problemas se intenta insertar el pensamiento del enfoque de la gestalt para lograr una comprensión total de la situación que puede enfrentar un directivo. La idea central es evidenciar los elementos de cuantioso valor que aporta este enfoque para la resolución de problemas, constituyendo una herramienta inestimable que facilite la resolución de los mismos en las organizaciones.
