Globalización Y Desarrollo Regional En México

Abstract

El trabajo trata el carácter que tienen las políticas públicas en México ante la globalización y su efecto en el desarrollo regional, de donde el interés principal consiste en ver cómo la apertura económica, la desregulación y la integración internacional afectan el crecimiento nacional no tanto en cuanto crecimiento del PIB, sino de expresión per cápita, así como de la convergencia deseada. Cuestiona el esquema económico de México y las políticas neoliberales por ser la explicación de la actual divergencia regional presente en al economía nacional.
