Abstract

El presente artículo presenta la opinión del autor, respecto de las propuestas del Banco Mundial (BM), referentes a la reforma escolar en México. Conocedores de que la reforma escolar es un tema prioritario en la agenda de los gobiernos occidentales, se plantea una serie de inquietudes económicas y filosóficas, sobre la viabilidad de la propuesta y su tropicalización a la realidad mexicana.
