Abstract

La investigación aborda la temática del desarrollo de la habilidad profesional dirigir el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje (PEA) en la disciplina Práctica Integral de la Lengua Inglesa (PILI) en la carrera de Lenguas Extranjeras en la Universidad de Guantánamo; y tiene como objetivo la elaboración de una metodología para el desarrollo de esta habilidad profesional. La metodología diseñada está caracterizada por etapas y sustentada en un modelo teórico que establece la dinámica de dicho proceso. La misma tiene como objetivo general preparar a los profesores para contribuir al desarrollo de la habilidad profesional dirigir el PEA del idioma inglés. Se toman como referentes, aspectos relacionados con estudios realizados acerca de la temática desde lo filosófico, psicológico, pedagógico, didáctico y sociológico.
