Estudio cualitativo de pertinencia de la carrera Lic. gestión de talento humano en la Universidad Técnica Estatal de Quevedo

Abstract

La investigación realizada justifica la importancia de la carrera por la trascendencia de la gestión de talento humano en los diferentes sectores productivos del Ecuador. El estudio tiene como objetivo la fundamentación de la pertinencia de la carrera. La metodología utilizada contiene un enfoque cualitativo, que aplica el análisis de contenido y bibliográfico, así como entrevistas realizadas a expertos en Talento Humano de empresas del sector público y privado. Es resultado de la investigación se sustentó en los métodos de análisis y síntesis, inductivo-deductivo e histórico lógico. Constituye una investigación documental que fundamenta la pertinencia de la oferta académica y responde a los problemas y los objetivos del Plan Nacional de Desarrollo, con lo cual se fundamenta su necesidad y pertinencia.
