Abstract

El proceso de reafirmación profesional de los estudiantes de la especialidad Maestros Primarios, se concibe como un sistema de influencias conscientemente organizadas, dirigidas al desarrollo de una cultura ético-profesional integral del estudiante en formación. Este proceso, desde las potencialidades que ofrece la preparación en el contexto de la Escuela Pedagógica, es esencial para alcanzar dichos objetivos y desarrollar profesionalmente la personalidad de los futuros maestros y aunque se ha estudiado, persisten insuficiencias. La obra tiene como objetivo elaborar una metodología para la preparación de los profesores de la Escuela Pedagógica que contribuya al proceso de reafirmación profesional de los estudiantes de la especialidad Maestros Primarios. Se realizó un estudio diagnóstico, mediante la aplicación de métodos y técnicas de la investigación educativa que permitieron caracterizar el objeto de investigación. La valoración de los resultados se realizó mediante un pre-experimento, lo que demostró la viabilidad y factibilidad de la metodología.
