El papel de la motivación en el proceso de enseñanza - aprendizaje

Abstract

En la siguiente investigación se argumentó la importancia del papel de la motivación en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, considerando que dicho proceso es el impulso que conlleva al docente a brindar una educación de calidad y calidez a sus estudiantes, empleando técnicas, procedimientos y estrategias metodológicas adecuadas que mejoren su desempeño en el ámbito educativo, se indagó referentes bibliográficos de varios autores donde aportan sus ideas concernientes al papel que cumple la motivación. Dentro de la metodología se utilizaron los métodos inductivo, deductivo y de investigación logrando así comprender la importancia de dicho papel, los resultados de la investigación permitieron demostrar que la motivación mejora el rendimiento escolar en docentes y estudiantes y se promueve como estrategia para promover un aprendizaje significativo.
