La importancia de la motivación en el proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje

Abstract

La motivación y el interés por asumir el proceso de inter aprendizaje es una disyuntiva con la que los docentes se encuentran en el quehacer áulico. El propósito de este artículo científico sobre “La importancia de la motivación en el proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje†es crear conciencia en los docentes sobre la necesidad de conocer y escoger estrategias cautivadoras que mantengan motivados a los estudiantes. El cerebro humano está relacionado con el proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje, en el desarrollo de las competencias, conocimientos, emociones y acciones que identifican al ser humano; esta relación responde básicamente a la motivación, el entusiasmo por conocer y resolver situaciones en la educación que ha iniciado un proceso de trasformación e innovación demostrando que las mismas estrategias, metodologías que funcionaron hace tiempo ya no funcionan, el artículo responderá preguntas concernientes: ¿En qué medida alcanzar altos niveles de motivación en los estudiantes?, ¿cómo lograr efectividad en los estudiantes para que alcancen y se mantengan en el tiempo motivados?.
