Políticas de educação do ensino superior de Lula a Temer

Abstract

O presente artigo objetiva realizar um balanço das políticas educacionais para o Ensino Superior (ES) desenvolvidas durante os governos Lulistas e de Michel Temer. A análise realizada teve enfoque nos programas do FIES e do PROUNI, a qual apontou que ambos foram promotores da expansão da oferta de vagas, entretanto, ao considerar o processo de democratização, é possível afirmar que foi ilusório, pois as maiores beneficiadas com estes programas foram às instituições privadas. Também foram feitos apontamentos acerca das rupturas e continuidades em andamento das políticas do governo Temer, isso porque assumiu uma postura pragmática, no qual as ações adotadas estão implicando no desmonte dos direitos sociais, afetando diretamente os estratos sociais mais baixos da população brasileira.
