Atracción de empresas mexicanas: capital humano y dotación de talento en instituciones de nivel superior

Abstract

Los jóvenes mexicanos tienen cada vez mayor interés en su preparación profesional, invierten recursos de todo tipo en su formación, con la expectativa de conseguir un trabajo a la altura de sus conocimientos, o bien, algunos de ellos tienen la determinación de emprender un nuevo proyecto. Durante el proceso y cumplimiento de estas metas personales, muchas veces se ve obstaculizado por distintas situaciones que el joven no visualizó a lo largo de su carrera; dificultades que se provocan por distintas causas de diversos entes y situaciones; el joven tiene una preparación sólida en el área técnica de su licenciatura, sin embargo, hay que reconocer que todavía le falta adquirir ciertas habilidades blandas, esenciales para la resolución de conflictos, en cualquier área de trabajo.
