La formación del docente novel para la gestión científico investigativa

Abstract

La efectividad de la formación docente constituye quizás una de las mayores preocupaciones de un sistema educativo interesado en el logro de la calidad en el ejercicio docente y el aprendizaje de sus alumnos. Aunque la temática ha sido tratada con criterios pertinentes desde las ciencias, se aprecian carencias cuando los profesores noveles conforman y comunican sus resultados. En respuesta a ello se propone una estrategia de superación profesional, que contribuya a la formación continua de los docente novel para la gestión científico –investigativa, ya que pone a disposición de los profesores noveles procedimientos didáctico-metodológicos que facilitan el dominio de los contenidos de esta ciencia para su aplicación práctica.
