¿La alfabetización informacional? una mirada teórica al proceso

Abstract

El presente trabajo constituye un análisis teórico, dirigido a promover acciones de Alfabetización Informacional (AI), para potenciar en los estudiantes la capacidad de identificar, localizar, evaluar, organizar y comunicar sus resultados investigativos de forma correcta; haciendo énfasis en las Tecnologías de Información y Comunicación (TIC), priorizando de esta manera el aprendizaje de los mecanismos para el acceso, uso y evaluación de la información, así como el conocimiento de los servicios y/o recursos informativos que brinda la Biblioteca de la Universidad de Sancti Spíritus “José Martí Pérez†. El acercamiento permitió teorizar sobre el proceso referido, como potencial exigencia instrumentalizar, para poder diagnosticar desde la praxis, las limitaciones en el dominio de las destrezas informacionales que presentan los estudiantes de la carrera Agronomía.
