La formación analcohólica en los escolares primarios como dimensión de la educación antialcohólica

Abstract

La formación analcohólica desde las edades tempranas constituye una de las vías fundamentales para la prevención y promoción de la cultura antialcohólica en los escolares primarios. En el material se promueven el consumo de jugos, cócteles y néctar de frutas por los escolares, de conjunto con las familias y otros agentes socializadores de la comunidad. Se explica en que consiste la elaboración de jugos analcohólicos como bebidas sanas y las propiedades nutrientes que ofrecen al organismo como una de las formas de desarrollar la cultura alimentaria y los estilos de vidas saludables, la interacción del escolar con su medio y el estudio de fenómenos sociales que afectan la salud del hombre.
