El enfoque liberador como fundamento de la formación cultural artística y liberadora en el sistema educativo bolivariano

Abstract

En todas las épocas la educación tiene como misión, preparar al hombre para comprender y transformar la realidad circundante en la que vive, para lo cual es necesario dotarlo de amplios conocimientos y habilidades contenidos en la cultura acumulada. Referente a la formación cultural artística, partiremos del estudio de los aportes en torno a la relación existente entre cultura, educación e ideología. Para ello se analizarán los aportes de autores tales como Freire, Bolívar, Rodríguez, Martí, Lenin, Mariátegui, entre otros. El siglo XXI connota un mundo globalizado bajo el signo del neoliberalismo como tendencia hegemónica, por tanto es imperante e inaplazable profundizar en el enfoque liberador de la educación.
