Las tareas motrices y su implicación en el desarrollo de habilidades en educación física

Abstract

En este artículo se pretenden clarificar una serie de conceptos como son habilidad y tareas motrices, que habitualmente son utilizados para describir lo mismo. Asimismo se especifican las diferentes tareas motrices y su implicación en el desarrollo de las habilidades. Los mecanismos de percepción, decisión y ejecución intervienen de distinta manera en función de las tareas motrices planteadas en Educación Física; por ello es conveniente concretar el objetivo de las tareas para intervenir en una u otra habilidad.
