Abstract

This paper presents a theoretical vision of the authors on the context in which individual competences operate and develop, as well as competence at the organizational level. The concept is based on the logic of economic and social life, on the study of bibliography and on previous researches made by the authors. The model is designed, in this case, on the example of an organization from the tourism industry
