Abstract

Question ordering deployment of ownership of land resources is at the center of the country's economic problems. The paper analyzed the current situation and existing problems, prospects of resolving the institutional land use. Innovations proved using the principles of outsourcing in zemlehospodaryuvannya through public-private partnership.
