Abstract

Introducción. Las subastas surgen cuando algún agente, generalmente un vendedor, necesita crear un mercado para vender algún bien para el cual no existe un mercado desarrollado. Las subastas que vamos a considerar en este trabajo son generalizaciones de las subastas sencillas, las cuales han sido estructuradas para cumplir requerimientos específicos en situaciones de intercambio. En el cuadro 1 se muestran las subastas sencillas(con un solo vendedor). Temas relacionados con la creación de mecanismos o instituciones pueden surgir debido al interés que existe por crear un mercado para un bien que anteriormente sólo se había asignado por medio de una regulación centralizada o de negociaciones bilaterales descentralizadas...
