Abstract

In the neoclassic root theory it tries to resolve the environmental and social contradiction between economic growth of mobility and the environmental and social limits through the internalization of the denominated external costs of transport. Both the theoretical point of view and the practical application the difficulties are sometimes unsolvable. Therefore, one considers the convenience of developing solutions to confront the mentioned environmental and social challenges. One of these alternative pathway contributes the eco-integrator approach of the economy that is derived, like tool analysis, the ecological accounts of transport.
