Abstract

This article deals with the study of the diffusion strategy of the 21 Local Agenda (A21L), in The Autonomous Basque Community, within a larger concept; the one of the Sustainable Development or the Human Sustainable Development. During the last decays, The Autonomous Basque Community has progressed since the looking for the efficiency and the energetic diversity, till the implantation of a politics web, whose aim is to promote the participation of the regional, local governments and the civil society in the process. The article appreciates the focus of the organization in the web and considers it suitable for the proposed objective. And finally the article suggests some improvement lines for the future.
