The ways to improve the insurance system in the agriculture

Abstract

The author reveals the reasons of the advisability of insurance in the agrarian sector. He justifies various measures as to improving the legal base of the market of insurance services, highlights the mechanism to solve the problems related to the creation of proper conditions for the development of insurance through the use of modern instruments, and proves USA and other countries' experience in solving the issue of encouraging the farmers to insure their risks.
