Análisis de la oferta de formación de postgrado en gestión del conocimiento

Abstract

[ES] En el presente artículo se recoge de forma resumida, las principales conclusiones sobre el estado del arte de la Gestión del Conocimiento en la oferta de programas de postgrado, valorando el nivel de desarrollo de esta disciplina de conocimiento en la CAPV y España, así como en las instituciones extranjeras de reconocido prestigio a nivel internacional, dedicadas a la formación continua de directivos. Se aportan datos cuantitativos de la oferta existente, así como un análisis más cualitativo de la misma destacando el escaso nivel de desarrollo alcanzado y las posibles causas.
