Abstract

Bu calismada insan kaynaklarinin rekabetci avantaj olusturmadaki rolu cok boyutlu ve butuncul bir bakis acisiyla irdelenmistir. Ozellikle paydaslar acisindan deger yaratarak sayginlik kazanmasi gereken insan kaynaklarinin strateji ile baglantisi arastirma bulgusu olarak karsimiza cikmaktadir. Kaynak bazli bakis acisi, surdurulebilir rekabetci avantaj acisindan insan kaynaklarinin kosullarinin saglanmasinin onemli oldugunu ortaya cikarirken literaturdeki tartisma farkliliklari da bizlere yol gosterici olmustur.
