Abstract

Yonetim modalari, yonetim modalarinin degismez, genel bir teorinin olmadigi durumlarda ortaya cikan, belli bir toplulugun uyelerince taklit surecleri ile desteklendigi gecici akimlar olarak tanimlanmaktadir. Yonetim modalarinin ortaya cikis ve benimsenme nedenleri, yayilma modelleri ve bu surecte moda koyucularla benimseyenlerin rollerini inceleyen bu literatur baglamsalligin ve yorumlama etkisinin dikkate alinmamasi, bilgiye ticari urunlere benzer sekilde yaklasilmasi, yonetim modasi “pazar"indaki kisilerin rollerinin dogru tanimlanmamasi ve benzeri bir cok yonden elestirilmektedir. Bu kavramsal calýsmada oncelikle ilgili literaturdeki onermeler incelenmis ve daha sonra da bu onermelere yonelik elestiriler ele alinmistir.
