Dogrudan Yabanci Yatirimlar ve Bankacilik Sektoru

Abstract

Dunyada ozellikle son donemlerde meydana gelen sosyo-ekonomik gelismelere bagli olarak, dogrudan yabanci yatirimlarin gerek boyutlari, gerekse yonu onemli degisikliklere ugramistir. Onceleri sadece gelismis ulkelerin onemli bir pay aldigi dorudan yabanci yatirimlar, bugun artik gelismekte olan ulkelere de yonelmektedir. Dogrudan yabanci yatirimlar konusunda bir diger gelisme de bu yatirimlarin girdigi sektorlerde yasanmaktir. Imalat sanayi basta olmak uzere sanayi sektorunde yogunlasan bu tur yatirimlar, ozellikle kuresellesme surecinin de etkisiyle finansal hizmetler sektorune de yonelmistir. Finansal hizmetler sektorunun bankacilik alt sektorunde yapilan dogrudan yabanci yatirimlarin icinde bulunduklari ulusal ekonomilere etkisi ise, son donemler de uzerinde durulmasi gereken konular olarak karsimiza cikmaktadir.
