Algilanan Ozerklik ve Etki Ile Psikolojik Sahiplenme Arasindaki Iliskide Kontrol Algisinin Aracilik Etkisi: Banka Calisanlari Uzerinde Bir Arastirma

Abstract

Psikolojik sahiplenme, yasal duzlemde sahiplikleri olmamasina ragmen isgorenlerin is ve orgutlerine yonelik sahiplenme hissedebilecegini ifade etmektedir. Isini ve orgutunu psikolojik baglamda sahiplenen isgorenlerin olumlu duygu, tutum ve davranislar sergiledikleri arastirmalara siklikla konu olmaktadir. Ancak psikolojik sahiplenme olgusuna iliskin bir teorinin olustugunu soylemek guctur ve daha fazla ampirik arastirmanin kuramsal calismalari dogrulamasi gerekmektedir. Ozellikle de psikolojik sahiplenme olgusunu ortaya cikaran oncullerin neler oldugu ve olguyu ne sekilde etkilediginin arastirilmasi onemlidir. Bu calismanin amaci algilanan ozerklik ve etki ile psikolojik sahiplenme arasindaki iliskiyi incelemek ve bu iliskide kontrol algisinin aracilik etkisinin olup olmadigini belirlemektir. Veriler, anket araciligiyla Bitlis ve Bitlis bagli Tatvan ilcesinde bankacilik sektorundeki orgutlerde calisan 158 katilimcidan elde edilmistir. Arastirma sonucunda ozerlik algisi ile psikolojik sahiplenme arasindaki iliskide karar kontrolun tam aracilik etkisi oldugu bulgulanmistir.
