Sosyal Sermaye ve Bolgesel Kalkinma Iliskisi: Aksaray Ornegi

Abstract

Bu calismada son yillarda sosyal bilimciler tarafindan sikca kullanilan sosyal sermaye kavrami ve bolgesel ekonomik kalkinmada sosyal sermayenin onemi aciklanmaya calisilmistir. Bu maksatla, sosyal sermaye duzeyinin olculmesi ve bu duzeyi belirleyen sosyal sermaye gostergelerinin belirtildigi Aksaray ili ve ilcelerinde uygulanan anket calismasi yer almaktadir. Saha calismasina gore, guven, network, karsilikli yardimlasma ve ortak isbirligi endeksleri genel olarak degerlendirildiginde Aksaray’da sosyal sermaye duzeyinin ve dolayisiyla kalkinma oranlarinin dusuk oldugunu soylemek mumkundur. Komsusu oldugu illerin kalkinma duzeyleri daha yuksek olmasina ragmen Aksaray’in dusuk seviyelerde kalmasini onlemek ve gelismislik seviyesini artirmak icin, oncelikle beseri ve sosyal sermayenin gelistirilmesi baslica hedef olmalidir.
