Tarihsel Perspektifle Gelecege Projeksiyon: Dunya Devlerini Ortak Girisime Ikna Etme

Abstract

Bu arastirma, bolgesel firmalar}n}n kuresel deger zincirine entegre olabilmelerinin dogrudan yollarindan biri olan yabanci dev firmalar ile ortak girisimde bulunabilmenin oncul kosullarini ortaya cikarmayi amaclamaktadir. Kuresellesme ile hemen hemen her endustride guc, belli firmalarin elinde toplanmakta ve cok uluslu sirket halini alan bu dev firmalar gelismekte olan ulke pazarlarini buyumek icin hedef almaktadir. Bunun sonucunda ayakta kalmalari zorlasan bolgesel firmalarin ancak yetilerini ve organizasyon kulturlerini dev firmalarinkine tamamlayici olarak gelistirdikleri takdirde bu durumu lehlerine cevirmeleri mumkun gozukmektedir. Farkli zaman dilimlerinde bunu basarabilmis iki Turk firmasina vaka analizi yapan bu arastirma, dev firmalari ortaklik teklif ettirecek noktaya getiren sureclerin ortak noktalarini zamandan bagimsiz olarak ortaya koymaktadir. Boylelikle bu arastirmanin sonuclari gelecekte Turk firmalarinin dev firmalarla ortaklik yaparak kuresel deger zincirine adapte olmak icin hangi surecleri izlemeleri gerektigine dair bir projeksiyon tutacaktir. Bu arastirmanin sonuclari ayrica sosyal sermaye ile uluslararasi is birliklerinin oncul dinamiklerini iliskilendirerek onemli teorik katkilarda bulunmaktadir.
