Abstract

Bu calismanin amaci; havayolu seyahatleri surecinde bireylerin firma tercihinde hangi faktorlerin etkili oldugunu ve bu faktorlerin nasil bir etki yarattigini belirlemektir. Bu amaca ulasmak icin Coklu Logit Modeli kullanilmistir. Elde edilen bulgulara gore bilet fiyatlarinin uygunlugu, erken rezervasyon indirim secenekleri, firmalarin konfor durumu, aktarmasiz ucus secenekleri, firmanin kamu mali olmasi, servis ikram zenginligi, kisisel ortalama gelir ve bireyin risk faktorune karsi tutumunun firma tercih etme surecinde etkili oldugu belirlenmistir.
