Turkiye’de Bolgesel Esitsizligin Sektorel Dinamikleri Bir Ayristirma Analizi 1987-2001

Abstract

Bu calismada Turkiye’de bolgesel esitsizligin sektorel dinamikleri ayristirma yontemi kullanilarak 1987-2001 donemi icin arastirilmistir. Agirlikli degisim katsayisi sektorlere gore ayristirilarak bolgesel esitsizligin sektorel boyutlari ortaya konmus ve her bir sektorun toplam esitsizlige katkisi saptanarak bolgesel politikalar icin onerilerde bulunulmustur. Bireysel sektorleri dikkate alan agirlikli degisim katsayisi ve agirlikli Gini indeksine gore,bolgesel esitsizlik sanayi sektorunde en yuksek duzeyde iken, tarim sektorunde oransal olarak daha azdir. Diger taraftan ayristirma sonuclarina gore ise hizmetler sektoru, bolgesel esitsizligin en onemli kaynagini olusturmaktadir. Tarim sektorunun bolgesel esitsizlikte onemli bir rolu olmadigi ve sanayi sektorunun katkisinin ikincil duzeyde kaldigi gorulmustur.
