Abstract

Toplam Kalite Yonetimi (TKY) uygulamalari, tum dunyada oldugu gibi ulkemizdeki kucuk ve orta buyuklukteki isletmelerde (KOBI) her gecen gun yayginlasmaktadir. Bu calismada, Denizli’de tekstil sektorunde faaliyet gosteren KOBI’lerde TKY uygulamalarinin musteri memnuniyetine ve firma performansina olan etkileri incelendi. Calisma kapsaminda literaturdeki calismalardan yola cikilarak TKY uygulamalari, musteri memnuniyeti ve isletme performans arasindaki iliski bir Yapisal Esitlik Modeli ile tanimlandi. Bu modele uygun gelistirilen bir anket kullanilarak toplam 80 isletmeden veriler toplandi. Yapisal esitlik modelinin dogrulanmasi ve iliski katsayilarinin hesaplanmasi icin Kismi En Kucuk Kareler Yontemini kullanildi. Calisma isletmelerdeki kritik TKY uygulamalari ve bunlarin isletme performansina etkileri hakkinda onemli bilgiler sunmaktadýr.
