Kalite Fonksiyon Gocerimi ve Homojenize Yogurt Uretiminde Uygulamasi

Abstract

Rekabetin kuresel boyut kazandigi gunumuzde isletmelerin urun gelistirme ve musterilerin taleplerine hizli cevap verebilme yetenekleri, basarili olabilmeleri acisindan onemlidir. Kalite Fonksiyon Gocerimi (KFG), firmalarin urun tasarim sureclerinde musteri ihtiyac ve beklentilerini karsilamaya yonelik olarak uyguladiklari bir yaklasimdir. KFG musteri beklentilerine uygun urunlerin gelistirilme suresini kisaltarak firmalara sektorde rekabet ustunlugu saglar. Bu arastirmanin amaci, sut urunleri endustrisinde KFG yaklasiminin olusturulmasi ve uygulanabilirligini arastirmaktir. Bu kapsamda, sut urunleri uretimi yapan bir firmada, musteri beklentilerini karsilamak ve firmanin sektordeki rekabet gucunu arttirmak amaciyla homojenize yogurt urunu icin KFG uygulamasi gerceklestirilmistir. Arastirma bu yonuyle KFG’nin endustriyel duzeyde uygulama alanini genisleterek literature ve uygulamaya katki yapmaktadir. Uygulama sonucunda firmaya homojenize yogurt urunu icin musteri tatminini arttiracak ve rekabet avantaji saglanabilecek bir takim onerilerde bulunulmustur. Ayrica KFG yaklasiminin, gida sektorunde benimsenmesi halinde mevcut urunlerin musteri talepleri dogrultusunda iyilestirilmesi yonunde, ozellikle hizli cevap verme konusunda belirleyici bir oneme sahip oldugu anlasilmistir.
