Orgutsel Iletisim ile Is Tatmini Unsurlari Arasindaki Iliskiler: Kuramsal Bir Inceleme

Abstract

Bu calismanin amaci orgutlerde calisanlarin is tatminlerini etkiledigi dusunulen is tatmini boyutlarindan yonetim politikasi, calisma arkadaslari, yonetici, isin niteligi ve ucret degiskenleri ile iletisim arasindaki iliskiyi incelemektir. Calismada Bursa, Malatya ve Eskisehir’de faaliyet gosteren alti orgutte yapilan bir alan arastirmasina yer verilmistir. Arastirmada anket yontemi kullanilmis, ankete katilanlardan elde edilen verilerin SPSS 15.0 paket programi kullanilarak analizleri yapilmistir. Bu analizlerde tanimlayici istatistikler, t-testi, tek yonlu varyans analizi ve regresyon analizi kullanilmistir. Arastirma sonucunda iletisim ile is tatmini boyutlarindan yonetim politikasi, calisma arkadaslari, yonetici, ucret ve isin niteligi boyutlari arasinda anlamli iliskiler bulunmustur.
