Kapitalist Üretim Sisteminde Üretim ile Tüketim Dengesizligine Tarihsel Ve Teorik Yaklasimlar

Abstract

Malthus ile baslayan ve hala kalici bir cözüm bulunamayan kapitalist üretim sisteminin üretimi ile tüketimi arasindaki dengesizlik sorunu üzerine tartismalara kapitalizmin altin caginin 1960’li yillarin ortasinda sona ermesi ile beraber yarim asirlik uzun bir ara verilmistir. Ancak, bu tartismalarin gerceklestigi bir bucuk asirlik sürec icinde dis pazarlar ve dis yatirimlar yaratma gibi gecici cözümler, kapitalizmin kalitimsal hastaligi olan krizleri iktisadi, sosyal ve politik acilardan daha iyi anlamamiza yardimci olmustur. Iki savas arasi sonrasinda Baran, Sweezy ve Robinson’un tekelci kapitalizmde gerceklesen büyük üretim artislarini ve sorunlarini tekrar gündeme getirmeleri, üretim ile tüketim arasindaki dengesizlik sorunun tekrar hatirlanmasini saglamistir. Ancak, soruna kalici bir cözüm henüz bulunamamistir.
