Demanda Interna Motor del Crecimiento Económico en Bolivia

Abstract

En los últimos años, se ha observado un buen desempeño de la economía boliviana, que en el marco del modelo económico vigente, está sustentado en la demanda interna y en la participación activa del Estado en la economía. En este contexto, la presente investigación aporta evidencia empírica que corrobora estos planteamientos. Además, se aproximan los efectos individuales de la demanda interna privada, demanda interna pública y demanda externa sobre el crecimiento, y se muestra evidencia respecto a si existe alguna relación de complementariedad entre la demanda interna pública y la demanda interna privada. Para estos propósitos, se estima un VAR Estructural que interrelaciona el producto, la demanda interna privada, la demanda interna pública y la demanda externa, en base a condiciones de identificación acordes con la realidad de la economía boliviana.
