Raspodjela ucinaka (efekata) mecunarodne trgovine u globaliziranom svijetu

Abstract

Republika ceška zapcela je ekonomsku transformaciju liberalizacijom vanjske trgovine, pracenom duboko devalviranim kursom. Suocena je s okolnostima koje nisu kompatibilne s klasi!nom teorijom komparativnih prednosti: kolaps tradicionalnih tržišta iziskuje orijentaciju na zapadna tržišta kojima dominiraju multinacionalne kompanije; nedostatak sofisticirane izvozne robe. Kod doradnih operacija izvozna je cijena derivirana iz doma"ih troškova, a partner dobiva kursnu rentu, dok zemlja izvoznica snosi trošak makroekonomski. Kod robe kojom se trguje po cijenama sa svjetskog tržišta (nafta, elektri!na energija) izvozno poduze"e konzumira kursnu rentu. Kriti!ki osvrt na primijenjenu politiku razmatra: razinu devalvacije, nedostatak standardnih zaštitnih instrumenata i nedostatak podupiru"ih izvoznih politike. nd lack of subsidiary export policies.
