Determinante konkurentnosti hrvatskog robnog izvoza

Abstract

Izvoz je pokretacki mehanizam razvoja svake zemije, a njegov doprinos razvoju puno je veci kod malih zemaija ovisnih o inozemnim tržištima. Stagnantnost je tek blagi porast hrvatskoga robnog izvoza nakon 2001. godine ukazuje na cinjenicu da postojeca ekonomska politika u Hrvatskoj nije uspjela odgovoriti izazovima tranzicije i liberalizacije trgovine te rezultirati strukturnim promjenama proizvodnje i izvoza. Cilj je rada analizirati temeljne elemente koji cine konkurentnost te segmente makroekonomske politike koji utjecu na konkurentnost gospodarstva. Analizirani su pokazateiji konkurentnosti (proizvodnost rada, place, ulaganje u obrazovanje). Istraživanju se polazi s pretpostavkom da osnovni problem leži u realnoj sferi (nedovoijno razvijeno malo j srednje poduzetništvo, nelikvidnost poduzeca), pa je stoga u tom segmentu potrebno pojacati mjere i stimulirati otvaranje novih suvremenih proizvodnji. Na kraju rada sugeriraju se odredene promjene u ekonomskoj politici u cilju poticanja rasta izvoza i povecanja njegove konkurentnosti.
