How the universities and colleges act their parts in the development of the Chinese patent system

Abstract

The teaching and research personnel in universities and colleges are viewed as very reliable and productive sources of scientific and technical manpower in China. Since they are quite receptive to the concept of intellectual property, some of the schools have been playing important roles in the patent education activities and the development of the Chinese patent system. Yet still much better work should be and can be done on campuses.
