Abstract

With the vigorous development of the International PV Market, China's PV industry continues to show a good momentum of development. However, the financing difficulties, high financing costs and other issues seriously restrict the development of PV industry, the advent of the Internet + PV provides a new opportunity for the financing of the PV industry. Therefore, the analysis of investment and financing in the PV industry in China is of great practical significance. Firstly, this paper analyzed the development of China's PV industry status quo and the development of the Internet + PV policy. Secondly, this paper analyzed the development obstacles and opportunities of PV industry by PEST model(P politics, E economy, S society, T technology). Finally, this paper put forward relevant policy recommendations, and establishes the investment and financing operation mode of Internet + PV to improve the financing status of PV industry in China.
