Abstract

The forces opposing the implementation of renewable energy are strong and numerous. Some of them are inherent to the process of change that goes with the implementation. Others, however, would fade away if policymakers and general public were more aware of the large advantages of a renewable energy supply system. A more extrovert publication activity on all levels and based on high quality implementation studies is mandatory. The WREN might promote this.
