Abstract

Hybrid PV/wind grid-connected power plant has been proposed to be erected at the island Vis to serve as a prototype and demonstration plant within the Croatian Solar Energy Utilization (SUNEN) program. It should demonstrate viability of two complementary renewable energy sources and the distribution utility concept making a valuable contribution to the national electricity supply.
