Diffusion on random comb structure: effective medium approximation

Abstract

The random walks on comb model of percolation clusters are studied. The generalized diffusion equations in the form of fractal temporal derivatives are deduced. The random distributions of fingers over lengths, Gaussian and power, are studied in the effective medium approximation.
