On the phonon mediated electron-electron interactions

Author

Abstract

We have applied a canonical transformation to get phonon mediated electron-electron interactions. As examples, the Hubbard model, periodic Anderson model and spinless Anderson model were considered as being relevant for a wide class of systems. Corrections to the displaced oscillator transformation and to the results of other authors have been derived. The significance of these differences for the effective interactions has been discussed.
