Abstract

With the increasing penetration rate of distributed resources in distribution network, the form of distribution station area (DSA) will change from load-driven mode to source–load dual drive mode, and the control of flexible resource group will become an important support for the transformation and development of DSA. Meanwhile, it will pose new challenges to the power mutual exchange between stations. Therefore, a battery storage power spring structure with bi-directional AC–DC converter based on two-stage power management mode switching is proposed to improve the overall resilience index of the system. First of all, two working modes of a single DSA in the process of interconnection and mutual benefit are given, which are autonomous mode and mutual aid mode. Secondly, the incremental cost consistent control is introduced in the system frequency control, and the output power reference value is modified by the consistency algorithm through the information iteration to realize the no-error frequency control and the optimal power allocation of the distributed power supply. Meanwhile, considering the critical load satisfaction, the evaluation index of system resilience is put forward. Finally, through the verification of MATLAB/Simulink, the deviation of critical load voltage is 0.59%, the satisfaction is more than 95.30%, and the overall resilience of the system is improved by more than 6%. The proposed control strategy can support the power exchange of the multi-station system and has a good effect on the overall resilience of the system.
