Survey of industrial energy requirements: Findings for the Turkish food industry

Abstract

The patterns of energy use in the Turkish food, beverage and tobacco industry are described based on the results of a nation-wide survey. The temperature distribution of process-heat requirements is also given and compared with those in the United Kingdom and France.
