Abstract

This paper presents a four-dimensional autonomous electromechanical system. The new system is obtained by introducing the state feedback to the pendulum system in a repulsive magnetic field. The basic dynamical behaviors and properties of this system are investigated, such as equilibriums points and their stability, jump, hysteresis and Hopf bifurcation. Chaotic behavior is investigated using bifurcations diagram and the largest Lyapunov exponent. The system realization and experimental results are also presented. Experiments give a very good agreement with theoretical model and numerical simulations.
