Impactos de la migración desde la República Bolivariana de Venezuela en el mercado laboral de Colombia

Abstract

En este artículo se busca una aproximación a los impactos que la migración desde la República Bolivariana de Venezuela ha tenido en el mercado laboral colombiano, particularmente en el empleo y los ingresos de los trabajadores, mediante un análisis de 25 trabajos publicados entre 2018 y 2023. Se presentan las características y las conclusiones generales de dichos trabajos, destacando sus convergencias y algunas aparentes discordancias, que tienden a considerar esos impactos muy pequeños en lo agregado, pero de alcances mayores —negativos o positivos— en grupos poblacionales, lugares, sectores económicos o momentos particulares. Dada la diversidad metodológica y temporal y las diferencias entre las poblaciones estudiadas, no se presentan ni comparan resultados numéricos, salvo algunos datos para establecer los órdenes de magnitud de los diversos impactos.
