Abstract

Expone tres metodos para evaluar datos y para estimar parametros demograficos. El primero acerca de la medicion de la mortalidad intercensal, elaborado por Bennett y Horiuchi; el segundo sobre el calculo del momento en el tiempo al que corresponden las estimaciones indirectas de mortalidad adulta mediante preguntas respecto a la sobrevivencia de las madres de los entrevistados; y el tercero sobre el estudio de la mortalidad en la ninez a partir de los resultados arrojados por una pregunta respecto a la sobrevivencia del hijo precedente.
