Abstract

Plantea la idea de que America Latina debe fortalecer sus procesos de cooperacion e integracion regionales, valorizando sus propios recursos, con el fin de lograr un mayor desarrollo economico y superar la actual crisis; asi como participar en forma mas equitativa en el comercio mundial y en las negociaciones internacionales, para cautelar sus legitimos intereses.
